30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@householdguys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different products of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). Contact us at support@householdguys.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable products, hazardous materials, and items marked as final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
