Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $8.99.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days ($0 on orders $50+, otherwise $8.99). Express Shipping: 2–3 business days ($14.99). Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($24.99). All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@householdguys.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund the order as appropriate.
